1. Standard Returns (Non-Klarna Orders)

  • Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, provided items are:
  • Unopened and unused
  • In original packaging
  • Custom made items only for orders completed via Klarna
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
  • Refunds issued within 5–10 business days after receiving and inspecting the return.

2. Klarna Orders – Special Terms

  • Return within 14 days of delivery
  • Free return shipping
  • Items must be unused/unopened for sanitary reasons
  • No restocking fees, exchanges, or store credit
